The NESEDA chair came to protect us from more than just physical suffering caused by incorrect posture while sitting. NESEDA is uniquely made to solve the essence of the problem = long-term sitting. Most medical chairs prefer one position - the correct sitting position. The problem they do not solve, however, is that sitting all day, even in the right position, causes physical degeneration and mental illness. Therefore, it is essential that sitting is interrupted by breaks in different positions. NESEDA is uniquely designed so that you can choose from a minimum of 5 different seating positions when sitting.
